Each record in the gene Wiki pages represents a single Capitella gene and provides the following annotation: nucleotide and protein sequences, coding exonic genomic coordinates, pre-computed BLAST hits against UniProt displaying the top hits for each protein, and functional annotation (gene ontology derived from Trinnotate) including, Panther and PFAM domains, KEGG, and TmHMM transmembrane predictions.
